Membership Application

If you would like to join our club, please complete the application below and submit it. You will be registered as a new member soon after receipt of the application.  You will be given full membership status, with the ability to post messages, once your dues are paid.

Dues are $30 per year for one or two persons.  You can mail a check made payable to Bluegrass Miata Club to:
